Ingredients:
Layer 1: banana smoothie
1 banana, frozen
150 ml milk
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 packet 4Life TF Collagen
2 tablespoons instant oats
Layer 2: avocado smoothie
1 avocado, cubed
150 ml milk
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 packet 4Life TF Collagen
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions:
Make banana smoothie and avocado smoothie separately in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the banana smoothie in a glass.
Layer the avocado smoothie on top of the banana smoothie.
Top with avocado and enjoy!

Arahan:
Sediakan smoothie pisang dan avocado secara berasingan dalam pengisar. Kisarkan sehingga sebati dan halus.
Tuangkan smoothie pisang dalam gelas.
Tuangkan smoothie avokado di atas smoothie pisang.
Hiaskan dengan avocado.
