Ingredients:

Layer 1: banana smoothie

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 150 ml milk

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

  • 1 packet 4Life TF Collagen

  • 2 tablespoons instant oats

Layer 2: avocado smoothie

  • 1 avocado, cubed

  • 150 ml milk

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

  • 1 packet 4Life TF Collagen

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


Directions:

  1. Make banana smoothie and avocado smoothie separately in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour the banana smoothie in a glass.

  3. Layer the avocado smoothie on top of the banana smoothie.

  4. Top with avocado and enjoy!


Smoothie Kolagen 2 Lapisan

Bahan-bahan:

Layer 1: smoothie pisang

  • 1 pisang, dibekukan

  • 150 ml susu

  • 2 sudu besar yogurt Yunani

  • 1 paket 4Life TF Collagen

  • 2 sudu besar oat segera

Layer 2: smoothie avokado

  • 1 avokado, dipotong dadu

  • 150 ml susu

  • 2 sudu besar yogurt Yunani

  • 1 paket 4Life TF Collagen

  • 1 sudu teh benih chia


Arahan:

  1. Sediakan smoothie pisang dan avocado secara berasingan dalam pengisar. Kisarkan sehingga sebati dan halus.

  2. Tuangkan smoothie pisang dalam gelas.

  3. Tuangkan smoothie avokado di atas smoothie pisang.

  4. Hiaskan dengan avocado.

  5. Nikmatilah smoothie 2 lapisan anda!
