Ingredients:
(Makes 14 bars)
2 packets 4Life Transfer Factor Collagen
100 g honey
150 g rolled oats
100 g crushed mixed nuts (almond, walnut & cashew nuts)
50 g cranberries
60 g dates, pitted
100 g peanut butter
100 g instant oats
Directions:
Combine rolled oats, crushed mixed nuts and instant oats in a baking pan and toast in oven for 10 minutes at 180⁰C.
Combine peanut butter and honey in a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Set aside.
Chop dates in a food processor until ball-like paste forms. Set aside.
Transfer the toasted rolled oats, crushed mixed nuts and instant oats into a large bowl.
Add cranberries, 4Life Transfer Factor Collagen, dates paste and melted peanut butter and honey mixture.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Press down firmly until even.
Chill it for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove from refrigerator and cut into 14 even bars.
Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.

100 g campuran kacang hancur (badam, walnut dan gajus)
50 g kranberi
60 g kurma, tanpa biji
100 g mentega kacang
100 g oat segera
Arahan:
Masukan rolled oat, kacang hancur dan oat segera ke dalam loyang dan bakar dalam ketuhar selama 10 minit pada suhu 180⁰C.
Masukkan mentega kacang dan madu ke dalam mangkuk kecil dan cairkan campuran di dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro selama 20 saat. Ketepikan.
Cincang kurma dalam pemproses makanan supaya menjadi bebola yang liat. Ketepikan.
Masukkan campuran rolled oat, kacang hancur dan oat segera yang telah dibakar ke dalam mangkuk yang besar.
Tambahkan kranberi, 4Life Transfer Factor Collagen, kurma yang telah diproses and campuran mentega kacang dan madu yang dicairkan.
Kacau campuran sehingga sebati.
Lapikkan loyang dengan kertas bakar dan tuangkan adunan tadi.
Tekan adunan supaya padat dan seragam.
Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam.
Selepas 2 jam, keluarkannya dan potong menjadi 14 bar yang sama saiz.
Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara selama 7 hari.
