Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  • A 4Life® Loyalty Program order is an order placed on automatic shipment that meets the terms and conditions outlined below.
  • This Loyalty Program is applicable to all 4Life Distributors registered in Malaysia only. This program is non-transferable.
  • Distributors must maintain a minimum monthly Loyalty Program order of 100 LP to earn Product Credits.
  • Distributors can choose a shipping day from the 1st through the 20th day of the month.
  • IMPORTANT – Loyalty Program orders placed via email, fax, SMS or over-the-counter must be made no later than 20th of every month. If 20th falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, then the last business day before 20th shall be the last Loyalty order date and the orders must be placed during business hours only.
  • Distributors must maintain a monthly 125 LP Loyalty Program order for two consecutive months to receive the bonus product of the month.
  • Loyalty Program orders can only be placed once a month in a single receipt.
  • Loyalty Program orders must ship to earn Product Credits. Product Credits will be deducted for a Loyalty Program order that is returned.
  • If a Loyalty Program order does not ship or is returned more than once in a consecutive 12-month period, the distributor will lose existing Product Credits.
  • If a distributor misses two consecutive months, he will lose existing Product Credits and need to re-enroll in the Loyalty Program. He will also need to wait an additional month following the two consecutive missed Loyalty Program months before he can re-enroll.
  • If a distributor cancels his Loyalty Program participation, he will lose existing Product Credits and need to re-enroll in the Loyalty Program. He will also need to wait 90 days from the date of his last Loyalty Program order before he can re-enroll.
  • Any loss of Product Credits will not be notified by the company.
  • Loyalty Program order information change including shipping address or cancellation, must be notified to the company in writing at least 3 business days before the auto debit start date.
  • New distributors earn Product Credits on all orders placed during the first month of product purchases (subject to the defined limits), as long as the new distributor is enrolled in the Loyalty Program by the end of the following month. After the first month of purchases, Product Credits will only be earned on Loyalty Program orders.
  • A limit of 75 LP in Product Credits can be earned each month.
  • Existing distributors may begin to redeem Product Credits 60 days after their first Loyalty Program order ships.
  • New distributors who enroll in the Loyalty Program may begin to redeem Product Credits 60 days after their first 4Life product order ships.
  • Product Credits have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable.
  • Product Credits can only be redeemed for single-unit LP products.
  • Product Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned.
  • Product Credit redemptions are only shipped with the next Loyalty Program order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A RM16 redemption fee for each redemption order applies.
  • An additional RM8 surcharge applies to each product redeemed for Tea4Life™, enummi® Intensive Body Lotion and enummi® Toothpaste.
  • An additional RM22 surcharge applies to each product redeemed for Rice Bran Plus, RioVida Burst™ and RioVida Stix™.
  • An additional RM44 surcharge applies to each product redeemed for NutraStart® Vanilla, NutraStart® Chocolate, Pro-TF® Chocolate and TF RioVida®.
  • Products redeemed through Product Credits have no LP.
  • Bonus Product of the Month is selected by 4Life and will only be shipped with the next Loyalty Program order while you remain an active participant in the program. Bonus Product of the Month has no LP, cannot be returned or exchanged for a different product.
  • Loyalty Program order cannot be made online (online shopping).

  • 4Life reserves the right to change, amend, alter or discontinue any of the above Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
