PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

A. Introduction

This Notice describes the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal data by ForLife Research Sdn Bhd (“4Life”). 4Life reserves the right to modify, update or amend this Notice at any time. You are advised to monitor this Notice for changes at 4Life website. English version of this Notice prevails in the event of discrepancies between the two versions of this statement.

By providing your personal data, continuing your 4Life business or accepting bonuses or commissions from 4Life, you are deemed to have read and consented to the processing of your personal data in the manner prescribed here. If you provide third party personal data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the third party’s consent for the processing of their data by 4Life.

B. Collection of Personal Data

Personal data collected may include, but not limited to, your personal details provided in the Affiliate Application and Agreement or information contained in any engagements, meetings and correspondence between 4Life and you, or your contact list data (including the name, telephone number, contact ID, and any other contact information contained in the user’s contact list) (“Personal Data”). Personal Data may be in the form of data, photographs or moving images.

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. You may disagree or subsequently withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data. However, 4Life will be unable to administer your Affiliate Account or facilitate any Purposes outlined in Paragraph C below.

C. Purposes of Collecting Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be used for, but not limited to, the purposes below:

a) to facilitate payments related to business transactions between 4Life and you;
b) to notify you about 4Life’s promotions, incentives, events, road shows and trainings;
c) to deliver 4Life products or marketing materials to you;
d) to contact you for verification purposes or to conduct market surveys;
e) to market, promote and provide you with information relating to 4Life business;
f) for internal administrative purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, service improvement and compliance with internal policies and procedures;
g) to comply with or make disclosures under the legal or regulatory requirements;
h) regarding other lawful activities related to 4Life.

D. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your Personal Data may be disclosed to the following third parties:

a) authorised agents or third-party service providers for Purposes stated in Paragraph C above;
b) professional advisors, such as 4Life’s auditors, legal advisors and financial advisors;
c) other 4Life entities worldwide;
d) government bodies, regulatory bodies or other authorities if and when required;
e) any other persons or bodies for purpose incidental or ancillary to Paragraph C above.

Your Personal Data may be stored or consolidated with 4Life’s centralized worldwide database. In this circumstance, 4Life shall also ensure similar level of protection of your Personal Data.

E. Access, Correction and Limitation to Processing of Personal Data

You may request for access to or update of your Personal Data, make inquiries or complaints as well as limit the processing of your Personal Data for marketing or promotional purposes. Contact 4Life at the nearest office or submit your request using the details in Paragraph F below.
