Terms & Conditions

1. This incentive is open to 4Life Affiliates registered in Malaysia only.

2. Each Affiliate ID is eligible for only one reward. Affiliates who advance multiple ranks during the qualification period will receive a reward for the highest rank achieved.

3. New Diamonds & New Diamond Elites who reached their highest rank between January 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024, must maintain the rank (based on the qualification criteria) to qualify for the May trip.

4. Qualifiers must complete 6 hours of mandatory training during the Diamond Retreat to ensure maximum value and personal growth. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the qualifier being charged the full trip cost of RM1500 per person.

5. Cancellation after registration will not be accepted. In the event of cancellation or no-show, qualifiers will be held responsible and charged the full trip cost of RM1500 per person.

6. Qualifiers must attend the Diamond Retreat scheduled in May. The Diamond Retreat cannot be deferred, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other prizes.

7. Qualifiers are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue at their own expense.

8. Qualifiers must be in good standing with 4Life’s Policies and Procedures.

9. 4Life reserves the right to review all qualifiers who appear to meet incentive requirements and, by so doing, reserves the right to rescind rewards if program manipulation is detected. Program manipulation includes, but is not limited to : suspicious LP transfers, unusually large purchases, proxy (i.e. fake) enrollees, among other practices.

10. 4Life reserves the right to change, amend, alter, or discontinue any of the above Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.

Terma & Syarat

1. Insentif ini terbuka kepada Affiliate 4Life yang berdaftar di Malaysia sahaja.

2. Setiap satu ID Affiliate layak untuk satu ganjaran sahaja. Affiliate yang mencapai lebih dari satu pangkat semasa tempoh kelayakan akan menerima ganjaran untuk pangkat tertinggi yang dicapai.

3. Diamond Baharu & Diamond Elite Baharu yang mencapai pangkat tertinggi mereka antara 1 Januari 2024 hingga 30 November 2024, mesti mengekalkan pangkat (berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan) untuk layak percutian bulan Mei.

4. Pelayak mesti melengkapkan 6 jam latihan wajib semasa Diamond Retreat untuk memastikan nilai maksimum dan pembangunan peribadi. Kegagalan untuk memenuhi keperluan ini akan menyebabkan pelayak dikenakan kos percutian penuh sebanyak RM1500 seorang.

5. Pembatalan selepas pendaftaran tidak akan diterima. Sekira berlakunya pembatalan atau ketidakhadiran, pelayak akan bertanggungjawab dan dikenakan kos percutian penuh sebanyak RM1500 seorang.

6. Pelayak mesti menghadiri Diamond Retreat yang dijadualkan pada bulan Mei. Diamond Retreat ini tidak boleh ditangguh, dipindah milik, ditukar dengan wang tunai, produk atau hadiah yang lain.

7. Pelayak bertanggungjawab mengatur perjalanan pergi balik dari destinasi dengan menggunakan perbelanjaan sendiri.

8. Pelayak mesti berada dalam kedudukan yang baik dengan Polisi dan Prosedur 4Life.

9. 4Life berhak untuk menyemak semua pelayak yang memenuhi syarat insentif dan, dengan berbuat demikian, 4Life berhak untuk membatalkan ganjaran yang diperolehi jika berlakunya manipulasi program. Manipulasi program termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada: pemindahan LP yang mencurigakan, pembelian besar yang luar biasa, proksi (iaitu palsu) Affiliate baharu, serta aktiviti lain.

10. 4Life berhak untuk menukar, mengubah, meminda, mengolah atau menamatkan mana-mana Terma dan Syarat di atas tanpa sebarang notis.
