<h2>Terms and Conditions</h2>

• 4Life Affiliates must be in good standing with 4Life and comply with its Policies and Procedures to participate. 
• Affiliates must register for convention to start earning points and raffle tickets.
• The top 300 qualifying Affiliates with the most points will earn the cash prizes.
• Affiliates must enroll at least one person in the Smart Start program and have a minimum of 70 points to be eligible.
• Affiliates earn raffle tickets for registering, and rewards are based on their number of new Smart Start and Loyalty Program participants.
• Registrants must purchase an admissions ticket and attend the 2026 4Life Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah to receive cash bonuses and raffle prizes.
• All rewards will be awarded as stated. Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
• The value of the prizes may be considered taxable income, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the participants.
• 4Life reserves the right to rescind any prize or suspend participation due to program manipulation or policy and procedure violations. 
• 4Life reserves the right to interpret or modify the rules and bonuses. All 4Life decisions shall be final.
