  • What 4Life product is covered under the Product Guarantee? Who can take advantage of the Product Guarantee?
    All 4Life product is covered in the 100% 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee for Retail Customers and 4Life Affiliates. After the first-thirty (30)-day period lapses, 4Life will only offer a ninety percent (90%) money back satisfaction guarantee for another 150 days. The Affiliates and Retail Customers will only be given a 90% refund of the purchase price during this 150-day period.
  • I am a Retail Customer. Who do I return the product to?
    If a Retail Customer purchased a product from an Affiliate, the Retail Customer must return the product to that Affiliate for a refund or replacement. If a Retail Customer purchased the product directly from 4Life, the product should be returned directly to 4Life. In any event, the product must be returned to 4Life within 180 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a not less than 90% refund or a replacement (less shipping charges).
  • Can an Affiliate return a product that has been returned by his/her Retail Customers?
    If a Retail Customer returns a product to the Affiliate from whom it was purchased, the Affiliate may return it to 4Life for a refund or replacement within 180 days from the date of purchase in order to qualify for a not less than 90% refund or a replacement (less shipping charges). The Affiliate returning the product is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • What is the policy for the return of inventory and sales aids by an Affiliate in the event of a cancellation of a Affiliate Agreement?
    Upon cancellation of an Affiliate's Affiliate Agreement, the Affiliate may return inventory and sales aids purchased within 180 days from the date of cancellation for a refund. An Affiliate may only return products and sales aids purchased by him/her under his/her 4Life Identification Number that are in resalable or marketable condition. Upon receipt of the products and sales aids, the Affiliate will be reimbursed at a price not less than 90% of the amount paid, less shipping charges. If the purchases were made through credit card, the refund will be credited back to the said credit card. 4Life shall deduct from the reimbursement paid to the Affiliate any commissions, bonuses, rebates or other incentives received by the Affiliate which were associated with the merchandise that is returned.
  • What constitutes as "Resalable"?
    Products and sales aids are deemed “resalable” or “marketable condition” if each of the following elements is satisfied: (1) they are unopened and unused; (2) the products’ packaging and labeling have not been altered or damaged; (3) the products bear a current label; (4) products have not exceeded their expiration date; (5) products have not been discontinued; and (6) products are returned to 4Life within six (6) months from the date of purchase.
  • How do I return the product?
    All merchandise must be returned by the Affiliate or Retail Customer who purchased it directly from 4Life by calling 4Life’s Customer Service department. The return must be accompanied by: (1) a copy of the original dated retail sales receipt (if product was returned to the Distributor by a Retail Customer) and (2) the unused portion of the product in its original container.
  • How do I ship the product I want to return?
    Proper/appropriate shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned. All returns must be shipped to 4Life with shipping charges pre-paid (the Affiliate returning the product is responsible for all shipping charges). 4Life does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be borne by the Affiliate. It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to trace, insure or otherwise confirm that 4Life has received the shipment.
