  • Q: How do I get and share my MyShop site?
    A: All Affiliates receive a free MyShop site automatically. To share discount with others, all you have to do is share the link to your MyShop site. From there, your customers will automatically gain access to wholesale pricing. You can give someone a card with your MyShop URL, or you can email or text them the link.
  • Q: How big is the discount on a MyShop site and can orders get free shipping on a MyShop site?
    A: All purchases made on a MyShop site receive 25% savings on 4Life products, which is the same wholesale discount given to an Affiliate. Shipping fee applies on orders on a MyShop site.
  • Q: Are MyShop Rewards transferrable and are there an expiry date and maximum amount of MyShop Rewards that can be earned?
    A: No. MyShop Rewards are non-transferrable, never expire or decrease in value so long as the Affiliate has an active account, and there is no maximum limit on MyShop Rewards.
  • Q: I do not have any downline. What happens if I share my discount with someone and they sign up as an Affiliate?
    A: All you have to do is share your promo code (4Life ID) or the link to your MyShop site. From there, your customers will automatically gain access to wholesale pricing and the sale will automatically be tied to your MyShop account.
  • Q: If I transit from an Affiliate to an Associate with a signup on my MyShop site, will my MyShop Rewards change from savings on future orders to commissions earned?
    A: All purchases made on a MyShop site save 20% or more on 4Life products, which is the same wholesale discount given to an Affiliate.
  • Q: I do not have any downline. If I have a 4Life sponsor (an Associate who enrolled me as an Affiliate), can new signups be deferred up to my sponsor?
    A: Yes. To do this, go into your MyShop settings and change the enroller and sponsor ID to your upline's number. Doing this will allow you to maintain your MyShop Rewards in the form of savings.
  • Q: Can MyShop Rewards be used on Loyalty Program orders?
    A: Yes. Your MyShop Rewards will automatically be applied to any order—including your Loyalty Program order.
  • Q: How has the MyShop Payout changed?
    A: MyShop Payout is now being paid out the same way as Rapid Rewards. Once you achieve the 100 PV requirement, you earn a 25% commission on all personal MyShop orders (orders from people you sign up). Once qualified, you also earn a 12% commission on all your Level 1 MyShop orders and a 5% commission on all your Level 2 MyShop orders.
  • Q: Why is the MyShop Payout changing?
    A: We want to reward our Affiliates even more! MyShop Commissions are paid to your account.

  • Q: Is anything else changing with MyShop?
    A: Everything else you love about the MyShop program is staying the same!
